Your family’s privacy

The short version. KiddoLock has no accounts and no servers for your family’s data. Everything KiddoLock needs to lock apps (which apps you chose, how long they were used, your settings) is worked out and stored only on your phone. Your fingerprint and face are checked by your phone; KiddoLock never sees them. We don’t show ads and we don’t sell data.
1. Who we are
KiddoLock (“the app”) is made by ForeGrow Programming Solutions LLP (“we”, “us”), India. For anything about privacy, email info@foregrowsolutions.com.
This policy covers the KiddoLock Android app and this website, kiddolock.foregrowsolutions.com.
2. What KiddoLock uses, and where it stays

KiddoLock only sees which app is open. It cannot see what’s inside it: no messages, videos watched, searches, photos, contacts or passwords.
3. What we don’t do
- We don’t ask you to create an account, and we don’t collect your name, email or phone number in the app.
- We don’t upload your usage, settings or your child’s name to any server.
- We don’t show ads, use advertising IDs, or sell or share personal data.
- We don’t track your location.
4. Permissions the app asks for
- Usage access: to see which app is on screen, so locked apps can be covered.
- Display over other apps: to show KiddoLock’s lock screen over a locked app.
- Notifications: for the 5-minute heads-up and alerts such as a permission being turned off.
- Battery optimisation exemption and Autostart (some brands): so the phone doesn’t stop KiddoLock in the background.
- Biometric / screen lock: to confirm a parent. Your phone does the check.
- Run at start-up and foreground service: so locks keep working after a restart and all day.
Each permission is explained in the app before you’re asked. You can turn any of them off in your phone’s settings; KiddoLock will then tell you it can’t lock apps.
5. Payments
Premium subscriptions are bought and managed through Google Play. Google processes your payment under the Google Privacy Policy. We never see your card, UPI or bank details. The app only receives whether your Google account has an active KiddoLock subscription. If we add a subscription-management service (for example RevenueCat) to confirm purchases, it will receive only an anonymous purchase identifier, never your name or payment details, and we will update this policy.
6. Children
KiddoLock is set up and controlled by a parent or guardian on their own phone. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. The optional child’s name and age range you enter stay on your phone and are used only to personalise screens (for example “Kid time is over, Aarav”).
7. This website and early access
Early-access sign-up. If you join early access, we store the email address or WhatsApp number you give us, the date, which form you used and your country (from your connection), on Cloudflare. We use it only to tell you when KiddoLock launches and, occasionally, to ask how KiddoLock could work better for your family. We never sell or share it. Ask us to delete it any time at info@foregrowsolutions.com, or use the unsubscribe link in any message.
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or ads. It is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (like your IP address) to deliver and protect the site, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. If you email us, we use your email only to reply.
8. Keeping and deleting your data
Because your data lives on your phone, you control it. Uninstalling KiddoLock, or clearing its storage in Settings › Apps › KiddoLock, deletes everything it stored. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you, and deleted on request.
9. Security
KiddoLock stores its data in the app’s private storage on your phone, which other apps can’t read. Parent actions are protected by your phone’s fingerprint, face or screen lock.
10. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us about any personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Since KiddoLock keeps app data on your phone, most requests will be about emails you’ve sent us. Write to info@foregrowsolutions.com.
11. Grievance officer
